These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are entered into between you ("User," "you," "your") and Lotus365 ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of lotus365-co.com and the Lotus365 mobile application, operating under Curacao EGAMING License 8048/JAZ.
By accessing the Lotus365 platform, creating a user account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full. These Terms apply to all services provided through the Lotus365 website and app, including sports betting, casino games, bonuses, and customer support services.
These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which form part of your agreement with us.
To use Lotus365, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:
- You are at least 18 years of age (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher)
- You are accessing Lotus365 from a jurisdiction where online sports betting and casino games are not explicitly prohibited
- You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party
- You do not hold a current self-exclusion with Lotus365 or any self-exclusion register we participate in
- You are not an employee, director, officer, or contractor of Lotus365, or an immediate family member of any such person
- You have not previously had a Lotus365 account suspended or permanently closed for violation of these Terms
Each person may hold only one Lotus365 account. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held in duplicate accounts. If you have forgotten your account credentials, contact our support team β do not create a new account.
When registering your Lotus365 account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must update it promptly if it changes.
We may require identity verification (Know Your Customer, "KYC") at any time, including before processing your first withdrawal, when your cumulative deposits reach a certain threshold, or when we suspect fraudulent activity. Verification documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, PAN card, or passport) and proof of address. Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any other person. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify us immediately via WhatsApp or email. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.
You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining balance after deduction of applicable bonuses subject to rollover will be refunded to your registered UPI. Account closure does not affect any outstanding bets at the time of the request.
Lotus365 accepts deposits via UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, and any UPI-compatible payment app). All deposits are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).

All funds deposited must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits β where someone else's payment account is used to fund your Lotus365 account β are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and return of funds to the original source.
Withdrawals are processed to the same UPI method used for your most recent qualifying deposit. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

We process withdrawal requests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including public holidays. Requests submitted during peak periods (major IPL matches, large sporting events) may experience slightly longer processing times. We aim to process 95% of withdrawal requests within 40 minutes. If your withdrawal has not been received within 2 hours of approval, please contact our support team.
We reserve the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawals pending security verification, where we suspect fraud or money laundering, or where a player is in the process of completing KYC verification. We will notify you of any such hold and resolve it as promptly as possible.
A bet is accepted and confirmed only when you receive a bet confirmation from Lotus365. Bets not confirmed due to technical errors, connectivity issues, or system failures are not valid. We reserve the right to decline any bet at our discretion, including but not limited to bets placed at erroneous odds.
All odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Lotus365 reserves the right to correct manifest errors in odds. If a bet is accepted at an obviously incorrect price (e.g., a heavy favourite priced at 10.00 due to a system error), we reserve the right to void the bet and return the stake to your account.
Bets may be voided in the following circumstances: the event is abandoned or postponed and not completed within 24 hours; the event is awarded a walkover; a player or team withdraws before the event starts; the odds were manifestly incorrect; or the result cannot be officially verified. Voided bets are refunded at the full stake amount.
Bets are settled based on official results from recognised governing bodies. In the event of a dispute over the official result, Lotus365's decision as to the official result used for settlement is final. Settlement may be delayed if results are subject to official review or appeal. We reserve the right to reverse settlements where an error has occurred.
Live in-play bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by our system. Due to the nature of live betting, there may be a delay between placing a bet and confirmation. Bets are valid only from the moment of confirmed acceptance β not from the moment you click "Place Bet." We cannot be held responsible for connectivity delays on your side.
Lotus365 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to new and existing users. All bonuses are subject to these general terms plus any specific terms attached to the individual promotion.
New users who make a qualifying first deposit are eligible for the welcome bonus. The bonus is credited as a non-withdrawable bonus balance that must be wagered a specified number of times ("rollover" or "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The current rollover requirement and qualifying deposit minimum are specified on the bonus terms page and may change at our discretion.
- Only one welcome bonus per person, per household, per IP address, and per device
- Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly β only winnings generated from bonus wagering are withdrawable
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time
- Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, multiple accounts, or in violation of these Terms will be forfeited
- Lotus365's determination as to whether bonus terms have been met is final
- Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the specified timeframe (shown in each promotion's terms)
Users found to be systematically exploiting bonus offers β including through low-risk hedging strategies, matched betting, or coordinated bonus hunting across multiple accounts β will have bonuses cancelled and may have their accounts permanently suspended. Winnings generated from abusive bonus play may be voided.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on Lotus365. Violation of any of these rules will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:
- Multiple accounts: Creating or using more than one account per person
- Underage use: Using or attempting to use Lotus365 while under 18 years of age
- Third-party deposits: Depositing or withdrawing using payment methods not in your own name
- Match fixing: Placing bets on events where you have inside knowledge of a predetermined or manipulated outcome
- Money laundering: Using Lotus365 to launder, conceal, or transfer funds of criminal origin
- Fraud: Providing false information during registration or KYC, or using stolen payment methods
- Collusion: Coordinating with other users to manipulate bet outcomes or exploit the platform
- Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, or other automated tools to place bets or exploit the platform
- Hacking: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems, databases, or other users' accounts
- Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting promotions through hedging, multiple accounts, or coordinated strategies
- Misuse of support: Submitting false claims to support, including false chargeback requests
Lotus365 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct
- Suspected match fixing or insider betting
- At the request of the account holder (voluntary closure)
- Following a responsible gambling self-exclusion request
- Where continued operation would expose Lotus365 to regulatory or legal risk
Where an account is suspended for violation of these Terms, any bonus balance is immediately forfeited. Real money balance (funds deposited and not subject to bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to the source of payment after investigation is complete and subject to applicable anti-money laundering procedures. This process may take up to 30 days.
If your account is suspended and you believe this was in error, you may appeal by emailing support@lotus365-co.com with your registered account details and the reason for your appeal. Appeals are reviewed within 5 business days.
Lotus365 is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gambling environment. We take problem gambling seriously and provide the following tools to all users, available at any time without any requirement for explanation or justification:
- Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts
- Loss limits: Set maximum loss thresholds over defined periods
- Session time limits: Receive alerts or automatic logout after a specified playing duration
- Reality checks: Regular on-screen reminders of time spent and money wagered
- Cool-off period: Temporarily suspend your account for a set period (24 hours to 6 months)
- Self-exclusion: Permanently close your account with a minimum 6-month exclusion period. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed until the exclusion period has elapsed.
To activate any responsible gambling tool, go to Account Settings β Responsible Gambling, or contact our support team via WhatsApp. Requests are processed within 24 hours for most tools and immediately for self-exclusion requests.

All content on the Lotus365 platform β including but not limited to the website design, logos, trademarks, text, graphics, software, odds data, and betting markets β is the property of Lotus365 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Lotus365 platform for personal betting purposes only. You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any Lotus365 content without written permission
- Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Lotus365 platform using automated tools
- Use Lotus365 trademarks or logos without express written consent
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any Lotus365 software
Odds data and market information displayed on Lotus365 is proprietary and may not be reproduced or distributed without a separate licence agreement.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lotus365's liability to you in connection with the platform and these Terms is limited as follows:
Service availability: We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Lotus365 platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, and circumstances outside our control may cause temporary unavailability. We are not liable for losses resulting from platform downtime unless caused by our gross negligence.
Betting decisions: You are solely responsible for your betting decisions. Lotus365 does not provide betting advice and is not responsible for the outcome of any bet placed on our platform.
Consequential losses: We are not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the Lotus365 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or reputational damage.
Third-party services: We are not responsible for the actions, content, or availability of third-party services linked to or integrated with our platform, including payment processors and analytics providers.
Maximum liability: Our total liability to you in connection with any dispute shall not exceed the amount of your net deposits in the 12 months preceding the dispute.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of CuraΓ§ao, consistent with our EGAMING licence issued under that jurisdiction.
If you have a complaint about Lotus365, please follow this process:
- Step 1 β Contact Support: Email support@lotus365-co.com or use our contact form with full details of your complaint. We will acknowledge within 24 hours and resolve within 5 business days.
- Step 2 β Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the initial response, you may escalate to our Complaints Manager at complaints@lotus365-co.com. We will provide a final decision within 10 business days.
- Step 3 β External Resolution: If the dispute remains unresolved, you may refer the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body under our CuraΓ§ao gaming licence. Details are available from our Complaints Manager.
You agree to attempt to resolve any dispute with Lotus365 through this process before pursuing any other legal remedy.
Lotus365 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will:
- Update the version number and "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
- Send an email notification to all registered users summarising the key changes at least 14 days before the changes take effect (for material changes)
- Display a prominent notice on the Lotus365 homepage for 30 days after the update
Continued use of Lotus365 after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using Lotus365 and may close your account.
